Welcome to Zoechéa Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using Zoechéa Academy, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Zoechéa Academy website, dashboard, assessments, and all related services.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Platform.
• "We," "us," "our" refers to Zoechéa Academy.
• "Content" includes assessments, reports, templates, documentation, and any other material available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified mental health professional or student in a recognised psychology programme to use our clinical tools. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Use of Assessments and Tools

• All assessments and tools are intended for use by qualified mental health professionals only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any Content from the Platform.
• Client data entered into the Platform remains your responsibility. You must obtain appropriate consent from clients.
• Assessment results generated by the Platform are aids to clinical judgment and do not replace professional diagnosis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Zoechéa Academy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your professional practice.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account access with non-subscribers.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract source code.
• Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zoechéa Academy provides tools to support clinical practice but does not provide medical or psychological advice. We are not liable for any clinical decisions, diagnoses, or outcomes resulting from the use of our Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
