1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are provided for cancelling mid-cycle after the 7-day refund window.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Technical issues: If the Platform is unusable due to our technical failure for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund.
- Accidental duplicate charges: Full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Annual to monthly downgrade: Not eligible for refund. Switch takes effect at next renewal.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window.
- Partial months of service — refunds are not prorated for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Manual activations (The Residency tier) — these are by application and non-refundable once approved.
- Any add-on purchases or one-time consultation fees.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email anuevacj@zoecheaacademy.com with your registered email address.
- Include your payment reference number (found in your dashboard or Razorpay receipt).
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Subscription Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- You will receive a renewal reminder 3 days before the charge.
- To avoid renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
- No refunds are issued for forgetting to cancel before renewal.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately for new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
