02 / Responsibility
Eligibility, professional responsibility, and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified mental health professional, psychology student, supervisor, educator, or professional working within a relevant training/practice context to use community learning areas or practice tools.
You remain responsible for using tools only within your competence, training, supervision, registration status, and applicable law.
Account security
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Do not share your account with another person.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
03 / Privacy
Privacy, consent, and client data
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and DPDP-ready Notice. By creating a free account or unlocking Tier 1, you acknowledge the data uses explained there.
- You are responsible for obtaining appropriate client, parent, guardian, or authorised representative consent before entering client data.
- You must not enter unnecessary sensitive data into tools where it is not needed.
- Do not include diagnosis, case notes, or therapy content in invoices or other business-only tools.
- Zoechéa does not sell personal data and does not use clinical records, assessment data, or journal entries for marketing.
04 / Tools and community
Practice tools, assessments, and peer support
Assessments, reports, forms, note templates, crisis plans, journals, and practice resources are support tools. They do not replace clinical judgment, diagnosis, supervision, emergency care, legal advice, or professional responsibility. Any screening tool must be used according to its licence, intended use, and your competence.
Community and peer support
Community areas are for professional support and learning. Do not post client-identifying information, confidential case details, abusive content, illegal content, spam, or content that violates professional ethics. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content to protect users and the platform.
05 / Billing
Membership, billing, and feature access
- The launch model includes Free access, Tier 1 paid membership, and Tier 2 marked as Coming Soon.
- Free access includes the community and starter learning areas. Tier 1 unlocks the paid tools and expanded learning layer described at checkout or on the pricing page.
- Tier 2 is future-only and is not available for purchase until we publish separate access and payment terms for it.
- Paid memberships, renewals, scheduled membership changes, refunds, and payment failures follow the terms shown at checkout or on the refund policy page.
- Payment processing may be handled by Razorpay or another payment provider.
- Invoice, GST, TDS, and tax tools are calculation and documentation aids only. Confirm your tax position with a CA or qualified tax professional.
06 / IP and prohibited use
Intellectual property, licences, and prohibited activities
Zoechéa content, design, templates, software, brand assets, and platform materials are owned by Zoechéa Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own professional learning, community participation, or practice workflows. Do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute platform materials without permission.
Prohibited activities
- Using the platform for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Uploading malware or attempting to break security controls.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting source code or private data.
- Misrepresenting qualifications, registration status, client consent, or clinical authority.
- Using assessments or materials in ways that breach copyright, licensing, or professional rules.
07 / Availability and limits
Availability, changes, liability, and termination
We may update, improve, remove, lock, or restrict features as the Free, Tier 1, and future Tier 2 offering develops. We try to keep tools available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
Zoechéa provides software, templates, education, and workflow support. We are not responsible for clinical decisions, diagnoses, client outcomes, tax filings, legal compliance, or professional conduct arising from your use of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse sensitive tools, threaten platform safety, or create legal/professional risk. You may request account deletion from Settings or Support.

Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
