05 / Billing

Membership and payments

Tier 1

Free access includes the community and starter learning areas. Tier 1 unlocks paid tools and expanded learning as described at checkout or on the pricing page.

Tier 2 remains future-only until separate terms are published.
Renewals, refunds, payment failures, GST, and TDS follow checkout and refund policy terms.
Tax tools are aids only. Confirm your position with a qualified professional.

06 / IP and use

Permitted use

Use

Zoechéa content, design, templates, software, brand assets, and materials belong to Zoechéa Academy or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for your own professional learning or practice workflow.
Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse platform materials.
Do not misrepresent qualifications, consent, registration status, or clinical authority.

07 / Availability

Changes and limits

Care

We may update, improve, remove, lock, or restrict features as Free, Tier 1, and future Tier 2 offerings develop.

We try to keep tools available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may suspend accounts that misuse sensitive tools or create legal, safety, or professional risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
