05 / Access

Membership and product access

Admin

Practitioner Membership is assigned after manual application review. Courses and ebooks in Ascend are provided separately after purchase or an administrator grant.

There is no member-facing membership checkout, recurring website membership subscription, or automatic website renewal.
Historical payment records remain subject to applicable refund, tax, accounting, and support obligations.
Tax tools are aids only. Confirm your position with a qualified professional.

06 / IP and use

Permitted use

Use

Zoechéa content, design, templates, software, brand assets, and materials belong to Zoechéa Academy or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for your own professional learning or practice workflow.
Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse platform materials.
Do not misrepresent qualifications, consent, registration status, or clinical authority.

07 / Availability

Changes and limits

Care

We may update, improve, remove, lock, or restrict membership features and separately entitled products as the service develops.

We try to keep tools available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may suspend accounts that misuse sensitive tools or create legal, safety, or professional risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
