The partner rules, mapped like an Ascend path.
Use the map for quick scanning, then read each clause as a compact legal card instead of a long legal wall.
Overview
First launch is intentionally simple.
The Zoechéa Partner Program allows approved partners to share Zoechéa with relevant psychologists, psychology students, counselling professionals, creators, and communities.
This first launch is not a multi-level affiliate scheme, team commission system, public leaderboard, public partner directory, earnings showcase, Tier 2 commission promise, or automated payout system.
Partners earn only on their own verified Tier 1 launch referrals.
Admin reviews payout details, refunds, and finance checks before payment.
Partner codes are tracking codes only in the first launch. They do not create discounts, coupon pricing, or checkout deductions.
Circles can be planned as community/campaign labels only. Money remains individual, single-level, and based only on each partner's own verified Tier 1 launch referrals.
Only approved first-launch referrals, referral tracking, and manual payout review are live.
No downline, team commission, auto payout, leaderboard, public directory, or public earnings showcase is included.
Eligibility
Eligibility and approval
Submitting a partner application does not guarantee approval. Zoechéa may approve, reject, hold, or suspend a partner application at its discretion.
- Partners must have a legitimate connection to psychology, mental health education, counselling, campus communities, professional networks, or relevant creator audiences.
- Partners must provide accurate application, profile, and payout information.
- Zoechéa may request clarification before approval or payout.
- Partners must accept the active terms version before receiving a referral code.
Referrals
Attribution comes from partner links and codes.
Referral tracking is based on a partner referral link or code. In the first launch, partner codes are attribution codes only and do not create checkout discounts.
- Referral cookies may be used to connect a referred visitor to a partner.
- Attribution is not guaranteed if users clear cookies, switch devices, use blocked browsers, or sign up without a valid referral marker.
- Zoechéa may manually correct attribution when there is clear evidence.
- Duplicate clicks, spam clicks, self-referrals, and suspicious activity may be ignored or removed from partner reporting.
Commissions
Commission applies only to verified Tier 1 launch payments.
Commission is created only when a referred user completes a verified Tier 1 launch payment and that payment is successfully recorded in the Zoechéa system.
- No commission is paid for free signups, waitlist entries, unpaid accounts, trials, Tier 2 interest, legacy-plan payments, fake referrals, self-referrals, or recruited affiliates.
- No second-level commission, team commission, downline income, Tier 2 commission, lifetime recurring commission, or commission circle income is included in the first launch.
- Partner circles are community or campaign labels only. They do not create shared payout pools, partner hierarchy, recruitment income, or commission rights from another partner's sale.
- Commission rates may vary by partner tier and may be updated by admin according to the approved partner profile.
- Commission may be held, reversed, adjusted, or cancelled if the customer payment fails, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
Payouts
Payouts happen after admin and finance review.
Payouts are not automatic. Payable commission is reviewed by admin before any external bank or UPI transfer is made.
- Commission is normally held for 30 days before becoming payable.
- The minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000 unless admin changes the payout policy later.
- Partners must provide accurate payout details before payment.
- Zoechéa may pause payout if details are incomplete, mismatched, suspicious, under refund review, or awaiting finance review.
- Admin should store a payment reference after completing an external transfer.
Payout treatment, GST, TDS, PAN, invoice, receipt, and accounting rules should be verified with Zoechéa's CA before large-scale or recurring partner payouts are processed.
Promotion
Promote honestly.
Partners must promote Zoechéa professionally, honestly, and only in spaces where sharing is allowed.
- No false clinical, income, employment, guaranteed-client, or guaranteed-result claims.
- No pretending to be Zoechéa staff, admin, therapist, supervisor, or official representative unless explicitly authorised.
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, misleading urgency, fake testimonials, or hidden paid promotion.
- No posting in communities, college groups, professional spaces, or WhatsApp groups where promotion is not allowed.
- No use of unethical fear, shame, pressure, or manipulation to drive signups.
Refunds
Reverse invalid commission.
If a referred payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or found invalid, the related commission may be cancelled or adjusted.
- If commission is still pending or payable, Zoechéa may mark it reversed or cancelled.
- If commission was already paid and the customer is later refunded, Zoechéa may create a negative adjustment against the partner's next payout.
- Negative adjustments may reduce, pause, or offset future payout amounts until the refunded commission is recovered.
Suspension and privacy
Zoechéa may suspend or remove a partner if there is policy misuse, spam, misleading promotion, suspicious referral behaviour, payout fraud, privacy misuse, or reputational risk. Public partner recognition, badges, profiles, directory listings, or showcase mentions are planning-only and should only be shown with explicit partner consent, admin review, and privacy-safe fields. Earnings, payout details, buyer identities, phone numbers, PAN/bank data, and private referral details must not be shown publicly.
Records
Acceptance must be auditable.
When a member applies to become a Zoechéa Partner, the platform records the accepted terms version, acceptance timestamp, acceptance source, and hashed technical markers such as IP/browser hash.
Partner terms are active for the first launch.
Applications should store the active terms version, acceptance timestamp, acceptance source, and hashed technical markers before approval.
